No, my family dont have an imagination - its Jules because i was born 30 July in 1966 the world cup day. Something to do with a Jules Vern Cup and it was July therefore Jules ! I hate football.

I have a friend called Susie who lives in Gambia. Shes lovely.

I dont seem able to sleep much, drop off from exhaustion is probably the nearest.

not a lot really - just been telling Cat the frogs are back in my pond - making odd purring noises at each other ! Watching them from the window.

Husband has just put a pump in the pond for the first time - worried it might upset the frogs.

Nothing wrong really, bit lost as usual, how are you and have you been up to anything interesting ?

Nothing remarkable Jules ; just basking in the knowledge that winter's on its way out and getting outside in the garden at last.

Did my first mow yesterday ( with my manual mower) so aching a bit today ! But the garden is where I'm happiest. I was chatting to the robin for hours whilst it sat waiting for worms ; good thing my neighbours are like-minded folk !

I've had my steroid shot (for arthritis) last week so I'm almost pain-free, and for a few months I can pretend I'm 21 again. Just a problem with a knee injury now but I'm seeing the physio next week.

How are you coping Jules........ Did you see the CB therapist ?

It looks like you're still not sleeping very well if you're posting in the wee small hours ?? xx

Yes, i watch the seasons too. Hate the winter but love this time of year.

Frogs arrived back a few days ago and are busy making odd purring noises at each other. I watch them from the window. We have had a fox or two recently also, the cats run in when they are around. Its not a huge garden but i do love the frogs.

Sleeping isnt any better, finished a 5 year legal battle a little while back and everyone thought i would magically bounce back. I just feel dumped with everything to get on with it sort of thing. Sleeping got worse when the legal stuff finished.

I think i told you i have been to walkergate neuro a few times - they have assessed me, they said about 4 months for proper session to start, its been about that now. They will try and get me to remember what happened, its quite rough. Have you been through it ?

I had my first real bad anger tantrum yesterday in ages. today i just feel really sorry for my husband. Not sure why he stays with me.

I am still working a little from home, it keeps me in reality with life.

Thank you for replying - it does cheer me up to know you are there and the others.

I am ok - nothing serious going on, just chatting.

You are probably asleep - but i am awake most of the time if you need to talk.

Funny, you feel like there is so much to say inside, but on this site everyone has the same problems and know so much about each other that i suppose a lot goes unsaid. Its reassuring in itself just to say hello sometimes and for someone to respond.
