Hi Jules, Just walking past my computer and you popped up. Sorry you aren't having a good day. Hope tomorrow will be better for you.

No sun here today, just cloud but very hot and muggy. Looked forward to sitting in a garden chair for the first time this year, but not the same with no sunshine.

Fingers crossed for a good day for you tomorrow, hope the sun shines - it makes everything feel much better.

Morning Jules. I too had a bad night -although mine was of the 'overcooked, totally knackered, so won't get a decent sleep' variety. So I missed this as my zzzzzzs started at 7 and the phone was banished to the other room. But I hope all is looking brighter today. It is certainly bright here in the east. Looks like another hot one on its way. Blessings to you for a peace filled day xxx

Hello Malal, Jules here.

I hope you dont mind me finding comfort in others who start to sleep at 7am ... its not a nice place is it.

I am better than yesterday - hope you are too - when youve had a bad night its like recovering slowly from a hangover isnt it. I dont normally have a cluster of these so will have alittle rest for a while mentally i hope.

I can here lots of bikes outside having fun, it hurts to hear them.
