Here's hoping it's turned up, so you can stop fretting! Do your GP and other medics you're dealing with know about your general, and this specific, memory problems? If they're not, make sure they're aware and involved over this one asap? Are you in a Trade Union? If so, are they helping you?

Hi red-spinel - I feel for you, I spend hours going through pieces of paper, filing them and then can't find again within hours. Last week I bought a packet of staples to fill my stapler. Put all the shopping in its own relevant places, then spent 2 days looking for box of staples when I neeeded them - not in plasticstationery box where they should have been Gave up in end and couple of days after that I found them in the fridge. I've never done anything that ridiculous before! You will find your note when you least expect to I'm sure but hope ts sooner rather than later for you.
