Hi,

If you fancy eating Vietnamese, I can definitely recommend 'Pho' in Islington.

Whilst they are not certified gluten free, I found their GF knowledge to be first rate and the overall service exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble - and trust me being a very careful and experienced Coeliac, I know how to interrogate a restaurant's wait staff without shame or embarrassment!

We ate there at the end of June this year and had a lovely meal, with no bad after effects at all (if you know what I mean!). I would certainly not hesitate to eat there again.

Good luck in London!

Hi Kari55

Leggero is on Coeliac Organisation list. Wagamama cook all GF food in a separate kitchen area with separate utensils, pots, etc. There are some others if you look on Coeliac Org website. Good luck! timeout.com/london/restaura...

If you join coeliac UK you can get access to their app with an interactive map, which you can use to find places near you.

Carluccios, Frankie and Benny's, Zizzi, pizza express are all ok. Here's the full list:

A lot of Indian restaurants can cater for you too. Most dishes in Indian restaurants are GF, so it's just about finding starters not cooked in gluten oil.

Niche, Leggero and Indigo are all 100% gluten free so you would be fine at any of those. Also Leon for fast food is great and Bird. There are the usual chains as well, but I prefer the ones listed as they are smaller and better service/knowledge of Coeliac!
