There are quite a few really good GF options all of a sudden, which is great!

Thanks also for foreign travel info, really useful. We live in Hampshire and are just off to Isle of Wight for the day which has lots of great GF places. One of them Quay Arts Centre in Newport. There is a facebook page especially featuring Gluten free on the Island:

Walked around the National Trust gardens at Ascott, Buckinghamshire, this week and was delighted at the end to have tea with delicious GF chocolate cake and GF Carrot Cake on offer !

Glad it is of help! There are some other restaurant reviews on the site around Covent Garden as well (but not 100% GF).

Will have a good look around the site, the trouble with me is that I am not only GF, I am dairy, sugar, and egg free as well but hopefully will still find something to suit.

Oh, yes that is much more complicated - good luck!! There are certainly some small bakeries on the 100% GF London list that would fit the bill for a cake, but not much help for a pre-theatre meal!!
