Hi Caroline, this is really interesting as to me the thought of dedicated gluten free establishments is a dream.

There are many more places that offer gf options but there is always the risk of cross contamination, so this put a smile on my face and thanks for sharing it.

I'd be really interested in hearing from customers of the WAG bakery and it would make visiting Brixton market a good experience for one of us. And I'd love there to be somewhere similar in Bristol.

Thanks, that's marvellous. I've lived in London for 25 years and in the last few years it's had a massive food revolution but I feel like I'm on the outside looking in. I've only been to one of these – Romeo's – and I only found out about that because I was walking past when they first opened. I knew about the Brixton one and the upcoming paleo one but wouldn't have known where to start looking for market stalls.
