Hypopituitarism low red cell count

Hi Does any one know if there is a link between hypopituitarism and below range red blood count 4.21 haemoglobin 1.33 haematocrit 0.381 had this condition over 3 years and these are my latest blood tests to me this looks anaemic but docs keep looking for something else feel terrible

Did you ever get treated for anemia

And by the way did you ever have a growth hormone simulation test , pituary foundation saying I need one but consultant won't
