I'm going to try and make this quick or you could be reading all day.
Doctors have scanned, xray, blood test for diebites, thyroid, b12, arthritis, pregnancy, iron, and others I can't remember and all of them came back normal
Now I will list everything I've got:
Abdominal pains (like period pains but without the period)
Depression
Constant thirst
Fatigue all the time!
But then struggle to sleep
Muscle ache
Feeling sick
Dizzy/vertigo
Reaccuring thrush
Weight gain
Shortness of breath
Heart palpitations
Mood swings
Joint pains.
Can someone please suggest something??

I don't have a clue. The doctor never told me what thyroid test. I just know one was done. And also again when getting my results the person on the phone didn't give me ranges, she just said everything came back fine.
Start with obtaining your blood test results with ranges so you can monitor your own health and progress and also check what has been missed ... If you post your results with ranges members can give you some suggestions - otherwise we are just guessing.
Never accept fine/normal/ok when it comes to results - they are only opinions and not a result. Docs go by ranges and if you are in range they think it fine/normal/ok. Sadly NOT - it is where you are in range that is so important.
I would ring the surgery and request your results with ranges and tell then you will be along to collect in a couple of days. You do not have to give a reason ...

We have to take control as it is our own health at stake 😴
A lot of the symptoms are the same as mine although I had weight loss not gain and neuralgia. I researched and after years of; could be this could be that B12...migraines...trigeminal neuralgia...MRI...CT scans. I found a connection between teeth and health (bizzare I know). Just a suggestion; look up Dr Amir, Putney. He saved me.
This sounds like me to be honest. Going to the doctors and being told everything is normal is like being slapped in the face! Feels like no one believes you! When I first had chronic fatigue I had so many problems - toe nail crumbled randomly when I took my nail varnish off.. thrush... my eye went really red.. so many random little things that worried me to the point I had HIV because Dr Google said I did. Lol anyway nothing was wrong - stress can cause all of that. I've suffered anxiety for ten years now and I'm on sertraline. It really helps! Fatigue I've come to terms with but I'm still trying to find some way of helping it along it's been four years.
Have you been through any traumas in your life that you've tried to block out? Xx
I have near enough all of the exact same issues as yourself. I cannot count the amount of times I have been to the doctors, have all the bloods taken, and each time I'm told it is down to my mental health (which I do suffer from) and see how I am in a few months, and the cycle starts over again. I am aware of the effect mental health can have but this all gets extra. Nobody seems to want to entertain my concerns. I hope you're doing well today and getting some answers.
Write three month symptoms diary then leave it for your Dr to read and make appointment
All those tests were done on me before I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia
