FND and St. John’s Wort

My doctor prescribed Cymbalta but my health insurance denied it. I looked for a natural antidepressant online and saw St. John’s Wort. Has this helped anyone with FND? Please tell us your experience!

I’ve had success with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (my nervous system is way too sensitive to medications, except Valium because my movements wouldn’t stop all night (hate Valium) Also Saffron seems more potent to St. Johns Wort for me...there is good research on it comparable to Prozac, Impramine, & Celexa after 8 weeks of use 15mg 2X/day. Which symptoms did the trans cranial magnetic stimulation help?

Memory, fatigue, sleep, concentration.

Depression too, but I added Saffron as well because the Valium is so depressing....
