FND and sleep apnea

Good morning My fnd friends I was just wondering if anyone else has sleep apnea along with fnd .

I have had mild sleep apnea for a number of years but just lately I'm so tired and have a hospital appointment next week to get re tested, I think this is making me feel worse so hopefully I will find out next week if I need help in making me rest .

morning Littlecook,

I have had fnd for 12 years and sleep apona for 3 years. I use a crap machine In bed to stop any issues, as the consultant found in my sleep test I stopped breathing 96 times in a hour. Unfortunately it’s just another condition that I have under FND. Please don’t feel alone, if you need to message me, please go ahead .

My wife tells me that I jump in my sleep just like I'm having a fit the hole bed shacks . It making me feel so poorly and it's definitely not doing my anxiety any good .

I'm here if you want a chat .

I hope they sort out your sleep apnea on Friday. Now I’m on the machine, I don’t feel as tired and don’t sleep when ever I sit down like I did before. Never thought it would be linked to FND, but now I think about it, I’ve had different issues since I’ve had fnd. Do you have high blood pressure and carpal tunnel

Syndrome?
