Pillows

One of my many symptoms is heat intolerance. My body finds it hard to regulate temps and at night even in winter our fan needs to be on medium to keep me cool. Ive tried some pillows on the market but wanting to know if anyone has had luck with a pillow that keeps them cool all night long. Thanks everyone.

Thanks for writing on this subject. Temp regulation has always been a fight for me. But it now goes both ways. Have very narrow band of tolerance but any environment that is too hot becomes a disaster as can not adjust. Discomfort uses up energy and down the hill I go. My wife continues to experiment with bedding material. Unfortunately, have no good answers for you yet. Let us know if you run across something that helps.
