8 weeks to me is ridiculous. The medical community needs to focus more on the humane individual patient's state. We each wait for these results and the longer the anticipation the greater the stress and worry levels. Hopefully everything is benign or very treatable...but the bureaucracy needs a massive changeover of policy. God Bless and my positive thoughts for you...there is no need to have to go thru this long waiting period. Dont be afraid to convey these thoughts to your physicians office, I have communicated such concerns to mine in the past, and I think it has worked.

many thanks for your reply and will continue to question.

I do believe because of my age they want to remove the bladder.

Thanks for your reply. Again, my best to you. Bladder removal, however remote, is not necessarily a radically bad surgery. Having read many posts of those who have had removals, they cope nicely and comment on the plusses of the surgery. You might want to ask your

urologist if that is what they are thinking...I go in with a number of questions after having researched so many websites on bladder cancer. Remember, they work for you...we dont work for them. Ask and even demand answers, it really helps and gives you peace of mind. Take care, my friend.

8 weeks waiting time is way too long!! My heart goes out to you. Indeed though information is important- and you have time to research and enquire. I would also question the 8 weeks and call or write to hurry them up.

Try anxiety reducing practices like nature, deep breaths, meditation and fun to get through the weeks.

Expect the best but prepare for the worst as the saying goes.

Good luck 🍀keep us posted
