Hi my mums diagnosed as having stage 3 aggressive bladder cancer recently .

Hi ,I'm writing on behalf of my mum ,she has been told she has stage 3 aggressive bladder cancer ,the scan in Feb showed it has not reached the lymph nodes  but it is in the muscle ,we are waiting for the results of another scan taken last week to decide what treatment she will need to take .

Hi...good news about lymph nodes...hope you don't have too long to wait to find out what treatment they going to do...if you have any questions please ask as I'm sure someone will be able to help...waiting is the worst part

I had the same grading last year and had tumor removed then radium 37 sessions when they say it is aggressive it makes you really worried and sounds like it has spread but a consultant explained it to me that aggressive is maybe the wrong word to use as it is about  how the tumour is  growing from the inside out not that it has spread and that it is a slow growing cancer I have had further scan since finishing radium and all clear also had cyctoscopy which was also fine
