Has had the feeling of pins sticking into them all over

Has anyone else had the feeling that they have pins sticking in them, I overdid it yesterday so had a lie-in but when it came time to get up I couldn't move and it felt like I I had pins sticking in me all over. Sithy

I know what you mean - I always used to say it felt as though I had Velcro rubbing through my clothes! I guess it's part of the fibro package, and apart from pain meds and soft clothes, there's not a lot you can do for it.

I always use well-wrapped ice-packs for areas of severe pain, and for me it works, but most people think I'm crazy in this cold weather
