At wits end
A couple of our members have managed to get home visits. My friends oh had one... It all went fine and both were awarded the benefits they thought they were entitled too ... Them seeing you in your own home gives them chance to see any modifications you have and how you get around your house .... You have done the hard bit winning your appeal.. Congrats now although its easier said than done they to relax you don't have the added stress of trying to get to a medical .. If you feel really bad on Monday and can't get dressed .. Don't... Just make sure you are covered up.. Unless you are a naturist .... Have your medications handy and everything will hopefully be fine
Good luck

Not experienced this for ESA but when first claiming disability benefit I had 2 visits by a doctor assigned to them and it all went well. It gives them more real sense of how you cope in a natural home environment rather than artificial test room
I hope all goes well for you and Good Luck x
It is difficult not to feel some trepidation pending an intrusion of this nature to ones home and person. That is a good way to feel, the more freaked out you look, the better. Don't take any meds prior to the visit, so they can see your condition in its full glory.
Thankyou for advice, am so scared that I will have to start again
I'm so sorry you're having to go through this - stress makes everything else (pain etc) so much worse too. Is there anyone you can have there with you on Monday, to be an ally and advocate? It helps when you don't have to face it alone. Thinking of you.
