Has anyone got aortic stenosis?

Have you been diagnosed with this? If it's severe, surgery is usually recommended. It's major stuff, but fairly routine these days and with a good success rate.

I have to have a cat scan, as it measures 4.5 [?]

he is going to keep an eye on it, doing ecgs. I had one today and it was fine.

Hi sandra,yes I have mild Aortic stenosis ,my brother had very severe and had to have a major operation but I just have to be checked by cardiology once a year. x

I'm a bit shocked and upset at the moment,

I know I'm no different now than I was last week, and that if he was worried I'd have been in for the cat scan before now - but, it still bothers me.
