hi yes i did mine the best place to go is citizen advice or you can ring for an appointment to go in to get it filled in they helped with mine and sent it off for me they were so good.p.s hope this helps you xxx

Hi I always fill mine in myself add everything you can think of put in reports extra sheets if you need them to write on and good luck

My local group have people who will come to your home and help you fill the forms in. If you belong to a group, give them a ring, gives you another option.
