does anyone have a tightening of their neck or throat?i have had for 2-3 days.struggled to walk my dogs yesterday.thinking when will someone listen to me.have had cough since September and lost weight in arms legs face and back plus tummy is getting bigger and bigger.

Hi yes I've had this, I stopped eating certain foods it got better. I eat two braxil nuts per day for selenium intake , a bath with sea weed for iodine intake. Low dairy produce lactose free milk and no caffeine defiantly no sugar foods, take only dark raw cane sugar and try eat no processed foods. It's helped me like a lot almost stopped IBS also whist tummy is bloated try have acidophilus or candiclear . It keeps candida low and helps fight it. Also I don't eat anything cooked in Teflon I even did the Teflon test sure enough my throat felt like I had s lump in it. Get your hormones checked out too if you can . X oh don't drink alcahol , if you feel better after trying out this then what's happening bacically your sensitive to toxins , and toxins effect hormones ,, do you get swelling or soreness under your arms if you do , like me it got better when I changed my diet. I do now on occation have a slice of cake , but rare , first Time was last week first slice since December . But won't eat another for months . I can because I havnt had any for a long time. Also I keep low carb diet and eat small meals often 5 or 6 a day . I've felt much better ,, x

I can't say that I have experienced exactly what you are mentioning, but I would advise you to go back to your GP and if he won't take action ask for a second opinion. Do not let them fob you off, keep on at them until you get a proper diagnosis. It may well be nothing serious, but in my very humble opinion and if I were experiencing the same symptoms I would hassle the life out of my GP . I hope that may help.. Foggy x

I f I go to my gp I feel I wont get anywhere but I have had another flare up of an imflammation (don't know what else to call it?)on my scalp plus i believe my gp is on holiday until after Easter

well after 6 months of having a cough finally getting some antibiotics from DR seem to have helped tho I still have tightness in my neck and feel like i'm being strangled had 2 long walks with my dogs today plus 2 bus trips into town have left me feeling drained.my stomach feels like it is going to explode and dogs acting stranger than ever.so close to going to A&E - my local hospital is now minor injuries only and A&E hospitals are 60 miles away-but wiul still go there If I have too.should I ask my dr to chase up appt and see if he can get it brought forward?. don't think i can wait til may just to see consultant. from what others say I might have lupus and think I have some of the characteristics -bumps and sores in my hands and red butterfly rash on my face.
