I finally wrote my doctor a letter see if he understands just how much pain im in n take me serious, im a made of honour in may n I really don't wanna walk down the isle with crutches !!!! Xx

Well done you.... I hope you get as good a result as I did we have a great relationship now and between us we have agreed on pain management not trying all these new drugs .... I am quite happy with my pain level and now I know I have meds in reserve in the house should I go into a flare its taken So much stress from me that in itself has made me so much happier

Hi donna well done getting your meds sorted. It must be a great relief.when I went to my gp she shoock her head nodded and said I understand its a hard condition to manage but increasing meds is not a good idea you have to see your pain consultant which I did she said no its up to your gp to prescribe what you need talk about buck passing they make me feel like some kind of drug addict which im not I just want to be able to function on a daily bssis and have stronger pain relief when im in a flair up cricis.can I ask you donna what you wrote in your letter as I am due back at the pain clinic in may and I could write them bothgp and pain management a duplicate copy of letter. But im don't have know what to write.i would be grateful for everyone's help here . gentle hugz I'm really in a bad way ar the moment as I have other health conditions to cope with im going for spinal injections on ftiday as I have ruptured discs sciatica and arthritis in my spine praying this will give me some pain relief.thank you for listening peeps. Xx

Omg me too crumbling disc in back us cripling, ny fibro us so bad at the mo ny hips knees legs generally everything is either aching throbbing ir has stabbing pains its horrible n yeah my dic looked at me stupid wen I said id joined a fibro group so I said in the letter it helps gettin feedback from other sufferers , also wen I do av flare Ups im just takin tablets after tablets to make the pain go or I sit punching my legs , I've not heard owt as yet from my doctor x thanks for listening peeps feels like im constantly moaning to my partner xx

I have the same I gave to punch my leg .& arm from time to time I'm on meds fo high blood pressure my fibro I've ostioarthris too & I too feel like I'm always moaning I also got alopecia but hair is growing bk very slowly..hope your letter helps you xx

I lost all my hair few yr ago started off a small patch but the more ya stress the more it falls out but im fine now its long now , my doc has had the letter a few days n not picked up the fone or owt but I will make an app see wot he has to say , oh well its that time o night can't keep still but it hurts to move soooooo frustrating x
