the atos lady examined me and touched the lower part of my back i started to cry because it was really sore so she stopped the medical my daughter was amazing helping me up and holding me up and talking to the lady.if you cant do any of the medical tell them you cant if it is painful or uncomfortable let them no i had a home assessment i didnt ask for one.they also try to trick you asking you what programmes you watch tell them you lie down to watch them or you sit on a hard chair they also ask you about going shopping i told her my daughter does all my shopping she said to me its cold outside i said i wouldnt no coz i wasnt outside dont let them trick you love think before you say anythig and if its sore tell them good luck love let me no how you get on il say a prayer for you xox
