She gave her audience a withering glance. We are the party who will care for our elderly, sick and infirm. We have proved this time and time again. Disabled people for instance, have been given priority status to take advantage of new affordable housing, living within a gated community in the outskirts of all our cities. Brand new accomodation perfectly designed for their needs. Keeping them safe. Protected. Security guards posted 24hrs at the gates.

My God, we don't know how else we can please them. They have been given the most beautiful brooch to wear on the breast of their jacket. We commisioned Stella McCartney to design this and a matching little case in which to carry their identification papers, and, of course medical needs. Designer labels for the unfortunates in life. We are the party who cares.

Hmm why on the outskirts of a city, surely nearer town would be handy for those with mobility scooters and are the security guards to keep people in or out,? to help with shopping deliveries? to help park mobility scooters?...to stop joy riders nicking mobility scooters? .heaven knows I could do with some one to park mine. My OH says I don,t so much park as abandon..... Not so sure about the brooch, could it be a rather attractive bracelet, and the matching case.... Hmm well lots of people with disabilities have trouble carrying things.. Perhaps that's what the guards are for ... to follow the people around carrying everything... Hey with a little tweaking this could be a good plan, as long as the accommodation was in bungalows... No stairs.... A conservatory would be nice too ohh and a cleaner and a chef per bungalow... And some nice gardens with a gardener oh and a window cleaner. Yup think that's everything

Hi All

This from the party who care - brilliant.

We (the disabled) will be soon joined by the long term unemployed, by the criminals and social outcasts. the people whose colour is out of style, the religion that is not of the sanctioned. In time to come soon we can have nice cabinets where we can test for gas leaks and to ensure we will not get cold in others. Not sure where it will stop,

Sounds like the party that care have been here before (only not in our country).

Kindest regards

Terry

I think I,m just a frustrated whitterer I waffle on here in my nonsensical way...I appreciate your post as it was and the real message behind it....but I prefer to think of the way it could / should .... ok ok as i want it to be and apply my waffle. I actually think an estate of fibromites would be lovely as we would know what each other is going through. Sort of like the warden control flat complex my mother lives in only on a bigger scale with bungalows instead of flats
