my partner has not long won an appeal for ESA, how long till they can reassess her?

A friend who was in the work related group won her appeal and the judge moved her into the support group prior to receiving notification from the dwp and her back dated payment she received another dreaded brown envelope with forms to reassess her she rang the dwp thinking there had been a mistake and was informed we can assess you every three months in the last 3 years she has completed numerous forms for esa failed with no points appealed and passed for wrag group had her money stopped in April 2012 due to having received it for 12 months she appealed prior to her money being stopped to be moved into the support group this was her 3rd court appearance and was moved into the support group and now has to go through the whole procedure again the situation is exacibating her illness and words fail me!!!

thanks for reply cassie2 it makes me sick too, partner won appeal sept and sent her assessment forms already.... just crazy.

One of my friends got the new forms less than a week after she won her appeal to be put in the support group - its crazy. I've just sent my first set of forms in as I'm being converted to ESA from Income Support and I'm dreading joining the merry go round of form filling and appeals.

I downloaded a PDF version of the form from the internet as my hands are too bad to write at the moment - I have dictation software on my computer. Hopefully I'll be able to update and print off each time rather than starting from scratch each time I have to fill it in.

Hubby got turned down for ESA (C) 7 Nov 2011, won appeal 30 March 2012, received ESA50 28 May 2012, ESA(C) ended 6 Nov 2012 & now waiting to hear if going to be awarded ESA(I). As he is claiming ESA for both of us I've been told I may have to attend interview at the Job Centre!

They can send for you as soon as they like. My friend spent a year claiming and appealing etc, won her tribunal and got new forms two weeks later xxxxx

I recently won my ESA appeal and was placed in wrag group on my appeal decision it recommends that they dont reassess me for two years I am eligible to get my pension in July so in sure what is going to happen now
