I went click crunch & pop & ended up in bed....

I had been having a good run...still in pain but liveable with the meds.

Saturday evening I was sitting on the sofa while I was on my iPad then needed to get up & that's when it happened as I went to get up I went click crunch & I as I got to the standing position I went pop.

That was it the pain went from the lower back to my bum through my thigh & down to my toes...grrrr

Today ( Monday ) I'm feeling a Little stiff from spending most off the weekend in bed.

I'm glad I'm more mobile now.

That must have been awful. To hear things clicking and popping is not very nice, hence I went sick when the ball of my heel went pop last Wednesday, aside for the pain it caused as it went. But I am still on my feet against GPs wishes but hey ho, life goes on hun. I hope you are feeling better now xxxxx

ooohhhh Ozzygirl64.

I have not had a pop in my heel but I could image it was very painful .

My back pops move often now & it drives me mad as for the pain well we have to grin & bare it.

I'm on my meds but when the pain is just to much all I want to do is stay in bed & be left alone because when the pain is really bad I'm so snappy even though I don't mean to be.
