Fibro very cruel......

I have only written a couple of blogs but I feel I need a little moan n a little support.I have had the worst time ever since being diagnosed...the pain esp.my back...headaches daily .sweating...hot then cold..but so very very tired n I have work to look forward to tomorrow.thanks all for listening.

O dear mazzer poor you sending you a warm soft hug. Everyone on here can empathise with your post blasted finro and its many weird and wonderful symptoms have struck us all at some time. Im sorry your feeling so bad I hope you get the help nd support to manage this flare up and that your soon feeling 'better' soon stay positive xx

I am so sorry to hear how poorly you feel at the moment. You mention that you have been diagnosed, do your meds give you sufficient pain relief, are your other symptoms well managed. If not, please speak to your GP to see if they can help you. This can make all the difference.

Hi there, could you not phone in sick and get your gp to sign you off for a week you sound as if you need a good rest... I know how hard it is to work when fibro gets you in such a flare up,

Listening is no problem that's what we are here for I just I could suggest something more positive

bless ya, i too only just been diagnosed after yrs of pain they insisted was arthritis. now after all blood tests i have no arthritis at all and that was after having xrays and seeing spinal surgeon who told me it was i had arthritis defo in my spine 4yrs ago!! no faith in docs now. i still work 6hrs a day driving a delivery van then come home to try and stay awake for kids but just have to sleep sometimes. i know exactly how you feel. pain constantly that no one understands and tiredness that we cant control. and nothing they can really do about it.

Yes tomorrow is another day. Each day had its challenges and as you live with fibro longer and longer you will learn how to deal with it but hunny try not to let it beat you. Don't worry about saying no to people or having a cry and don't forget on here we all understand and are here to listen to you have a moan. Tomorrow will be a great day !! Gentle hugs

Thank you all 4 ur kind wishes n hugs I'm only working 2 days now gonna make all2 c gp to have a look@ my options ....she asked me 4 bloods anyway.taking ur advise gonna go sick 4 a week..all best wishes 2 u all mxx
