I have no-one to go along with me to the Tribunal, (and travel with me) do you think it may be assumed that I have less health problems than I actually have? Thank you.
Will it go against me attending an ES... - Fibromyalgia Acti...
Will it go against me attending an ESA Tribunal alone?
I went on my own and just said I had no one and I won my case! Think it may help to have but I have no friends near to me my son had to work and my mum is housebound and only have a brother who lives 200 miles away! So no chance of help there that's how it is for us sometimes
Hi Reflections,
I have read some post where people have gone alone and still won-I went with a welfare rights rep and lost. xx
hi,yes iv heard it go either way, depends what your condition is,sometimes they say if you can travel on your own/transport etc you can take care of yourself,as i say it depends what your health problems are x
Thanks for your responses - I am still awaiting a response to see if a Welfare Rights Person will take on my case and there are only 3 days to go. I have managed to get a taxi paid by the Tribunal Service yesterday.
