Hi utterfly54,

This fibro really sucks, like you i am having a flare up and multiple symptoms, the latest being prolapsed bladder (i have to go to hospital tomorrow to see what can be done) and am waiting for an appointment for the eye clinic as yearly eye test has found i have a build up of fluid behind my left eye, which is causing me to have headaches and my daughter has noticed i am not walking straight.

Sorry for moaning (i feel that'sall i do at the moment, and i wish i could manage a few hours sleep but can't remember when i went all night without waking up.

Anyway that's enough about me. I hope you are feeling better now.

To bonnielass and Butterfly - fibro does suck you are right, poor butterfly realy is having terrible time at mo but I do so hope she will feel better soon and will manage to break her routine of non sleeping. We all need sleep it does not matter if you wake through the night it is the quality of sleep when you get that counts - Gentle hugs to both of you horrid flares are rotten would n't it be marvelous if we could snap our fingers and magic them away take care xgins

Sorry to hear your feeling unwell hate these bloody flare ups soooo much im just in the middleof one myself and it sucks bigtime!!! Anyway glad to see your feeling up to a little visit with us and wow didnt even know there was a poetry corner on here! will go have a wee read if I can find it; im not very aufait with computers and sometimes navigating a site can prove to be a bit beyound me especially when I'm having a fibro 'foggy'day

Jayne (Butterfly), poems can indeed be posted anywhere, there is no problem with that at all.

There is a great interest in poetry at the moment, we all love to read a good poem, it can be very therapeutic too. We post links to poetry threads so we can all read lots of them instead of hunting through potentially thousands of messages to find each individual poem.

It makes life easier and our members seem very happy about this from the feedback we have received. It also saves a lot of time and effort to find something straight away when we aren't feeling to well and we need cheering up through poetry etc.
