does anybody have pain from right sid... - Fibromyalgia Acti...
does anybody have pain from right side of back coming round the front of hip and down the front of leg ? very sore when sitting walking
I have had this for more years than I can count, though mostly in colder/damper weather. It even keeps me awake at night.
Over the years I have been told by various doctors that it is Fibrositis, Sciatica, Rheumatism or Arthritis. Now I'm told it's Fibromyalgia. Whatever name they give to it, nothing has ever stopped the pain, and the only thing that gives any comfort are warm baths, hot water bottles etc and heat pads.
I suggest you see your doctor if only to get other things ruled out, and you may even have more success in finding answers or pain relieft than I ever have.
Good luck
Em xx

Yes I also have this changing. From left to right also while driving to the razerblade pain is the best way to discribe it. I do hope the dr helps take care xx
I have this but mine is on the left side pain in the hip and left leg. definately get it checked by gp. I get muscle spasms and twitches in left leg all the time.
Sciatica, make a fist and knead where the pain is worst or stand against a wall with a large potato or hard ball in position and move side to side.
Sit on a dining chair raise the painful leg and place the foot on the other knee like how men sit, stretching the nerve does help. If this isnt possible put the bad leg out in front keeping it straight then bend over frontwards as far as you can, do this slowly bending further each time.
You can ask to be refered to a pain clinic I had 2 proceedures on both sides and they helped, get odd attacks now but not as bad or for so long.
