Nil Points

Well after getting a letter on saturday saying that I am no longer entitled to ESA today I received the assessors report and this showed I didnt even get 1 point. This is so rediculous as I struggle with just about anything-well now the stress of appeal!!!!!!!!!

I got nil points as well in january I appealed and have been to tribunal today and it was adjourned for medical information from my gp they where very nice and said it would take up to four weeks to get medical info so that i would get my benefit still paid while waiting. They are independent and seem to know how ridiculous this situation with the nil points is. Good luck ask for an appeal form. My appeal has took 10 months to be heard so i have recieved basic rate for that time. I sought out advice from a local centre have you got a citizens advice or dial near you maybe to help. there is some good information on hereas well about appeals. get in touch if you need any help. P. S to appeal you will need a sick note with your appeal form i think. they forgot to tell me and it delayed my money
