My pain gets worse while lying down, it goes from the back of my head, into back, legs, and arms. It gets difficult to get out of bed.

I get that some nights when I go to bed, it is as if everything coming off my spine is a heavy aching weight, I have assumed it is a Fibro thing.

Hi Julieevh. It does help to know other people have similar symptoms. Sometimes I am so tired, but dread going to bed. xx

Ahhhhhh if I wake up on my back at any time it's agony... I go to bed a human and wake up a plank of wood... I really wish I could sleep upright I Hate going to bed... Totally sympathise with you wish there was a solution for bed for fibromites... That would be almost as good as a cure

Morning vg. Hope your not bad this morning. Like yourself, I am so weary, but dread going to bed. I have tried sleeping sitting upright, but it didnt help much. Its like it slowly works itself all the way down my body, and the thoughts of moving drives me nuts. I'm not the only one then, have a good day.
