if I have a good nights sleep then it can take me a good 2-4 hours to be able to move, If i dont really sleep any length of time I can be quite mobile.

I can totally relate to this, over the weekend I slept one full night, but then had to wait for my husband to come back up stairs as I couldn't get up, yet last night I hardly slept moving continuously, not being able to get comfortable due to pain, and I managed to get up by my self but it does take me a lot of maneuvering to get up .

Thats funny fairytails lwalking like a robot but a bent one with the batterys

low

maybe we could all write a song

do you remember a song called walking like an egyptian

we could write one called walking like a fibro

It takes me 1 hour and half to get actually get the strength and my tablets to kick in. I have to lie there and gradually wake up and move.

People dont see this though do they.

My feet are always sore when i get out of bed i actually have to walk on the side of my feet.

hugs, kel xxxx

It's the same for me. I find that I stiffen up if I lie in one position. Having a bad night I'm tired but have not stiffened up. I have just up my dose of Pregabalin to 100mg twice a day and it seems to have had a good effect with pain relief. Sleeping better as a result.

sorry I seem to have pressed the button 3 times so a lot

of me on here

just put it down to a fibro moment
