My Medical was so traumatic for me, I have never applied again, I cannot cope with the stress it caused me.

I did read it and some of it made me so mad grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr lol.

I thought it was hysterical that 90% of people had a good experience with ATOS. I wonder who did that poll?

As for putting part of the blame on us for not providing the correct information in the first place.....well.....another grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr lol

At my very first ATOS medical I took absolutely everything with me and not only didn't he want to look at anything, he was so rude to me and basically told me to stop showing him stuff. He brought me to tears and I only wish I had reported him.

Since that very momentous occasion I have made sure I take someone with me when I go to a medical. The last one I went to which again put me in the work related group I appealed against as the report bore NO RESEMBLANCE to anything I had said or did during the medical. I sent all the necessary paperwork plus more and I rewrote her report with all the corrections underneath in red (on the computer). Not only did I post it but I also emailed it. I did win the appeal but you know what........they never informed me......I found out by chance when I rang the DWP for something else. I won my appeal and was put into the support group without having to go to the Tribunal. They still buggered it up though cos my housing benefit was stopped when they informed them I was no longer in the WRAG group but omitted to tell them I was in the Support group.

Less than a year after winning the appeal I was sent a new lot of forms to fill in. How nuts is that lol. When I tried to find out if I could do it on line they sent me from pillar to post but no one could give me a straight answer. In the end I went on line and actually found it myself. I also filled in a questionnaire giving my opinion on this service, ie being able to do it on line. I filled it in and to date have not had any reply or feedback lol.

I also have not heard about a new medical yet and I am truly hoping that this time they will take notice of ALL the attachments I sent them and believe me there are lots due to my various conditions. Infact since I filled that out in August I now have been diagnosed with IBS and am awaiting a new hospital appointment for more exploratory tests (how lucky am I lol).

It will be interesting to see the outcome of my latest form and whether they do call me in for another medical. What joy lol.

Hope you all have a great weekend and hopefully as pain free as it can be.

Hugs

E x :)
