Are there any groups out there that support partners and their families for m.e./fibro sufferers? I know my hubby needs help - it is affecting his mental and physical health as he is basically turning into a single parent a lot of the time 'caus I can't help a lot!

I've not heard of one, there are lots of groups which support carers in general and some CFS/ ME and Fibro groups welcome spouses/ partners / carers to their meetings.
If you look around on the internet including FibroAction.org and the CFS/ME groups for a local group and then phone or email them you may well drop lucky.
