I have recently been diagnosed with FM, even tho I knew all along it wasn't normal to feel like this I still began to doubt myself and question it all till I felt I was going mad!
I have read many of the posts and blogs before 'coming out', as have been a little nervous to comment, but everyone sounds so friendly it gave me confidence to comment.
I am leaving work tomorrow as too much so have a very emotional day to get thro and many goodbyes. Well thats me. bye for now X

Hi I'm really new here too and have had a lovely welcome... my diagnisis is still sinking in atm however work has become really hard of late though I simply cannot afford to give up...on reading everyones struggles to get financial help It seems I will just have to hope I can keep working as long as possible or sell my house! Which isn't what I want to do as we bought a bungalow in light of issues with health and I simply cannot cope with stairs these days.
I myself had togive up a good job because of the fibro so many of us on here know how you are feeling. Allow yourself some you time to recharge your batteries, with fibro they drain a lot quicker xxxxx
