Got a letter dated 18 Sept stating that I will no longer be receiving ESA from 18th August!! It took them a month to let me know! As far as I knew, there is still an ongoing appeal, although CAB haven't been in touch with me.
So yesterday I had to 'sign on' for jobseekers allowance. Exhausted!!!!! >->

Their getting worse. So much for a more personalised and better informed communications between DWP and claimants.
I got a letter last month saying my rate for ESA would be, something that I should have received in April, confirming I am in the SG (written confirmation I've been asking for since January when my appeal closed in my favour) and stating I'll get it till the first week of next month. No idea what's happening after that. Maybe I'm due a miracle a la DWP/ATOS?!!

p.s. good luck with your appeal hopefully you'll get a positive result sooner rather than later.
hi im sorry to hear this and dont understand why you havent replied for e.s.a again?have you had any advice or anyone like c.a.b?
you scared me as i only won my appeal last week so just rang them up now.
ill be next .
your not well enough to sign on so dont get it?i really hope this gets sorted soon and dunno why it took this long for you to hear?
i ring them roughly once every two weeks anyway coz i dont trust them.
I dont claim ESA but I have a friend who does and is going through the same nightmare. She got it back on appeal. Good look and if you don't hear back from CAB (who I imagine must be in undated right now with cases like this) try DIAL
i got my letter stopping my contributry esa THE DAY IT STOPPED! and that was only because i wrote a letter and said that it states on the dwp website ,you will be informed 6-8 weeks of this happening and i haven't been (i wrote the letter a week before it was due to stop) there was no" sorry we left it late to inform you !!"
Phoned Local Council today to see what will happen to my council tax benefit. (Forgot to say, got a letter from them the same day as DWP saying they had been advised I wasn't getting ESA any more)!! They knew before me And because of the delay in DWP telling me I may have to pay council tax for the 6 weeks or so I had no benefit, I could cry
