I feel like a voodoo doll :-(

I swear some comedian is sticking really big, sharp pins in the soles of my feet and the sides of my face. Well I am just not amused .... enough already!

I know what you mean Julie, I didn't realise voodoo dolls had so many painful places for the pins to stick in! Head to toe for me today! Too many lifting and unpacking boxes after my house move last week! Need to be sensible and take it a bit slower tomorrow, that's for sure!

I get those pains in the sides of both feet, shooting red hot pains too, awful isn't it!

The ones in my feet sometimes feel like electric shocks and I kick out my foot in reaction to them - great fun at 1am (NOT)

Yes, I can feel your pain, I get that too! It comes without warning doesn't it, usually at the worst possible times like during the night. Well, we wouldn't want to sleep would we!

Morning when I first read this I thought you had acupuncture but alas no fibro being its fullsome self. Hope it has eased a bit a bit now. gins

They sound like my husbands stump spasms. He describes them as like being tasered for a minute at a time. The whole bed shakes with them. I treat him with Bowen three particular Bowen procedures and it stops the spasms. It may take an hour but it definitely helps.

I've not had the pain related to spasms but I get the spasms. They are awful and I look like im having some kind of fit when they get bad. Not just in my arms and legs but in my buttocks and stomach too.

Lol julie thats exactly the expression i been using for as long as i had this darn stupid thing and its how i express it to my Dr's friends & family because its unpredictable in its actions ..

nasty horrid screws they are,but instead of being screwed in it feels like theyre getting hammered in.had this for bout 8 months without a break!!!!!!!! enough to drive anyone to insanity xxx
