ESA Refused

I have been knocked back for esa allowance as they say i am fit to work which is untrue the points system i find has got nothing to do with my fibro condition my doctor says i have to appeal right away does anyone else know what is the best thing to say i call to appeal etc ???

I've just had the same problem with DLA.I asked my GP to write another letter for me to send to them and I'm going to write a letter myself to reiterate the the things that I can not do (they looked at everything I'd said I couldn't do on my claim and then said I was able to do them!) I'm also sending the names and addresses of all the people I've seen like physio,pain clinic,occupational therapy etc so they can send them a questionnaire to complete.I've asked for a dispute and someone different from DLA will look again at my claim .If I'm still not happy I can take it to tribunal.I will have to wait for at least 11 weeks..Hope this helps.

They are recently with esa refusing nearly everyone. Just apeal and you will be placed on the correct one. they know 15% will not bother and this is a stupid way of trying to get rid of the 0.5 percent they say are fiddling. It was on a documentary and the news saying so.

one solicitor said he has a 100 percent success rate in apeals and more are the same.

If you are ill then do not worry. and remember to always pick your worst day of ill health to explain how it affects you. And remember the most important rule with these forms. IT IS NOT WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, IT IS HOW IT AFFECTS YOU. So if you have a sore leg and unable to walk on it you DO NOT PUT DOWN, My leg was injured in an accident and was broken and i can walk on it. You would put down, My injury to my leg outlined here restricts my walking ability and i can walk only 15ft before having to stop, i can not walk up and down stairs without help and also need help getting in and out of bed, bla bla bla........

Hope this helps, and i was put into the middle group and appealed and i still waiting to hear and that was in JANUARY so apeal and forget, you will still your money as usual and not have to attend interviews, sort in limbo,lol.
