BEEN REFUSED MY APPEAL AGAIN

not been on here for sometime ,but been 14 monthes for my appeal to go through ,an a judge refused my appeall ,was dredding the letter to come through the door an came this morning saying not entiled to disabilitey at all was so upset ,but gonna fight my rights again not giving up ,i have a month to appeal the disicion again ,so fingers crossed not giving up .

they tried to do that to me, we went to the gmnt with a previous case case law and we got the boards decision turned to a yes. I do not have details to hand sorry as it was not me who found the case law but yes its possible.

I have lost 3 appeals in 7 years I am too exhausted to fight any more tbe way things are going right now being in constant pain with no income or respite for my family im ready to jump off central pier

Go for it I've just had my tribunal doctors home visits summary come this morning I don't think ill get it looks to positive but going to go third tear if I can so you go there and good luck xx

They did the same with me , I went to a tribunal in the end after months of No coming through my door, they then sent a doctor to see me and within a few weeks I got the letter through the door that we dont like to open and it was a Yes ! Good on you for fighting on ! They have to recognise fm is a disability .
