So far today Im doing alright, I have not gossiped, or lost my patience, nor lost my temper, been greedy, grumpy, selfish, complained or whined. The chocolate is still in its wrapper, and Im pleased to say I havent done anything dopey at all so far.... But I will be getting out of bed in a minute... And then Dear Lord I think I will really need your help
Ohhh yes and that can be an every day occasion... the help bit... I am happy that you like... and so for another....
Run your fingers through my soul, for once just once feel exactly as I feel, perceive as I perceive, look, experience, examine and for once just once.. Understand...

Oh my goodness that is amazing! I am sure we can all relate to that. Thank you so much Lacey! Bless you!
The chocolate is never still in the wrapper in my house and that IS before I get out of bed
Anybody read 'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle? I find it has really helped me get through some tough times lately. Jane x
Hi Ladygreenfingers ~ Yes I love that book, I find postitivity in anything I can. The power of self and strength of mind can help to overcome /achieve more than what we think we are capable of and that includes pain with a capital "P"... Its not a cure but laughter, love and trying to keep things in perspective helps as does perhaps gleaning anything you can from the impossible... for there is always a "possible" in "imPossible". Good days, bad days, negative days, postive days, half way there days, half full, half empty...screaming pain days and quitely whisper pain days ~ anyone challenged with this debilitating condition knows that the changes of what was, to what is turns your life around on a dime and faster than you can say puppy dog noses, but it is what it is ! Anytime suffering with this , well anytime is too long ~ however at least we are here and alive, living breathing and have are compos mentis, well on a very good day.. *smile*.. and on a hopeful front " Tomorrow is a better day"
