hi everyone does any one get constant burning in there feet and terable cramp pains in there legs

Hello there Rice, yes this is a common symptom of having Fibroymalgia unfortunately, many of us here experience these feelings and they're not pleasant at all. The symptoms overlap with Restless Leg Syndrome (which I have as well as Fibro), so it can be frustrating too!

HI Rice, yes i get burning feet and legs but not the cramps. The burning and pain is horrible that i get.

Hi Rice, I sometimes get tingling and numbness in my legs and feet, especially if I've been on them too long. I get cramps in my feet whenever I try to cut down my salt intake... worse of all the cramps have a habit of hitting when I'm driving! My GP gave me a prescription for quinine but a little nervous about trying it so still putting salt on my dinner for now.

thanks i also have tried quinine but the side affects were awful they made me feel sick and upset my stomach so be carefull about taking them but they might be ok for you as i have a week stomach take care
