Has anyone ever been on a vibration plate? I find exercise really painfull and I'm also a carer for my disabled so find trying to fit in time to go swimming or for a short walk hard. Going on a vibration plate only takes 10 minutes which I could fit in and maybe even take my Mum with me and she can sit and wait on me.

Vibration Plates
Hello. I can't go on them as I have had back surgery and there is a long list of other ailments as well which will stop you using them. We have them at the Gymaphobics I go to and I usually wait and watch my daughter as she likes to go on them. They look quite vigorous (if that is the right term of phrase) and you kind of "wobble" all over. I think you need to try one and see how you get on. Good luck.

Hi Gail
I have a Vibration plate I purchased it from e bay for about £ 90 I used it for a long while but to be honest with you I found no real benefit health wise (pain) but it was ok nice vibrations were quite relaxing I suppose Im not saying it wont benefit you Gail just didnt really help me but if you have one or access to one you have nothing to lose by trying it Good luck Gail hope it works for you if you try it
Warm hugs and smiles Bri x
We have discussed this before at FibroAction, here's the link to follow the discussion -
I have to say tried it once and my legs gave way so never used again. Hurt like hell to x
I have one I don't really think it did much for me but may be I
Did not us it enough, it's in my dinning room, and I keep thinking
I must go and have a go at it.
It's a bit like the bike that you always wanted and it's in your
Bedroom with clothes hanging on it, just must have a go
