Morning xx The sun is shining hurray!!!!

Yesterday was such a good day.... managed to get some shopping done and spent the whole day chasing my grandson round the front room!!! The tummy shuffle has turned super sonic and he's into everything at lightening speed!!!! I've got 2 lizards and even they are looking scared this morning!!!

I woke up (at least I think I woke up... don't actually remember sleeping!) this morning feeling as though I'd been hit by a truck!! Everything hurts and to top it all I think I'm getting the flu!!! Oh well, morning meds in a mo and back to chasing the little monster about!!

Take it easy dree yesterdays antics wud have definetly earned you at least a bronze if fibro sufferes were able to partake in the para olympics. Rest up listen to your body and pace pace pace!! Me well im in bed too sore da move recoverin from op and da only strenuous thing il be doing is surfin the net and reading books on my kindle lol
