Brilliant glorious wait for it SUNSHINE what a surprise the only problem is it smells like Autumn and there is a heavy dew so even with sun it is sharply cold at the moment. But sunshine may be it will be a good day Yes I like it ! Happy day every one x gins

You can certainy feel the change to autumn i used to love it especially the colours, but now it just means for me cold weather, unable to get warm and much more prolonged intense pain. Never mind....not forgetting those dark nights xx

Yippee sunshine here as well. I personally love the Autumn but I do agree it brings more pains but I think the changing leaves and crisp mornings do make my soul smile.

Hi all I haven't personally been through a winter with fibro, can it be a problem, what I do find at the moment is I get cold for no reason and I reach for cardy's which is unlike me, or I get baking hot and can't cool down, it's like the temp thermostat is to cock, why is that?
