I think it's going to take a while to figure out what causes a flare for me. I've managed to condense all my full time hours into 3 days, tired at the end, but get 4 days off, realise I'm fortunate to be able to do it. I'm expecting a battle with GP as she thinks I get through cocodmol too quickly, I don't think taking 3 doses (sometimes less) in 24 hours is too much. I do try to go 6 hours or more between them. Gives me the feeling that GP thinks I've got an addiction problem lol.
