Thank you ladies!!! i think sharing what we sometimes are able to get up to a day out and also our little help at home etc .

We can get to know each other more and you can also relate to some that suffer the same things as there are a number of illnesses too that go with fm and some suffer in some ways which i believe could help each other.

Photos are great .

? Mobile phone? You have a lead that comes with it, pop into the laptop with usb end, it will show on your screen they instaling, well 1st it will say new hardware found , should automaticaly find it, when done then pics will load,

On profile on here click on your pic under neath says browse ? Then add what pic you want .

Some lap tops have built in webcam ready to use?

You can take instant pics that you can save and use.

Do you have any sort of camera, phone, or webcam?
