FALLING APART LOL

I am trying to see a nurse/gp today for a bad water infction bu also i have got neuralgia on the left side of my face anything else want to appear you may as well lol it is awful with fibro without all these extra things popping up lol then i am gonna pop to town as need to go to the bank and get a couple of bitsthen i am gonna lay on bed all afternoon and read my kindle or be in the garden on a lounger chair if its nice
