I know what it is like. I have been having this attacks several times in a year. My morale was sinking , panicking , thinking that the life is over for me, I will never recover. It was like feeling having a stroke cant use my fingers arms atoll, cant walk but try on and on .I do recover to get my mobility after a few weeks always. I am 60 years old. I have learnt how to coop. now.I always say I will recover all I have to do is just wait for a while.

Morale is very important, Please don't give up.
