Hi Debs,

I'm in Southampton so not that far away from you . We've been looking to move over to the IOW because rental property is cheaper , but no luck so far ( we have a dog and a cat and landlords won't accept them )

hugs

That's very true, are u looking for one or two beds, also have you tried tightmove.co.uk they have a good link and enail with property that suits your needss xx

Hi Debs,

We're looking for 2 beds , yes I registered with rightmove and zoopla . We did come over and look at one property a few weeks ago in Wroxhall, but it was 3 stories ( I can't do stairs ! ) and had virtually no garden so not suitable for the dog.

We will keep looking though and Ventnor is lovely ! There was a really nice house there but the landlady didn't want pets :(

xx

Hi Viv no I didn't know about a group in newport I hope its in the afternoon as there are no buses fron niton after 6pm. Please tell me more. I did belong to one a few years back but it was in wotten so I had to rely on a lift and if my freind was unable to go I couldn't go either so I gave it up so I would be very interested in joinng.

Hi I don't belong as I find it enough to

Work at the moment it's the tiredness

Don't you find.

You might find this one even harder to get to

It's at the old nunnery at carisbrooke it's I have

Been told very well supported , and on a Wednesday

Afternoon it you google it you will be able to get

The telephone number I don't know if I can put it

On here or not.

That's The problem with living in places like we

Do the bus service, are you an islander, it would

Be nice to keep in touch.

Hello Viv! I am like u, cam only do 3 shifts a week and when every other week two of thos shifs are to days in a row, it knackerss me. I find it frustrating how I can't do things like I used to, I think I have had M.E for a long time and fibro for quite a while, but just put up with it til last november and after having loads of test was diagnose just before xmas and crashed big time, but I fought it and take vitamins and try and rest as much as I can. My grandchildren, keep me going xx

His debs

I am lucky I think, I work for the PCT, and because I have a chronic illness

They have to do everything to mark my life better, so I don't ever work two

Days together.

Its hard to work at times as always in pain or so tired went on

A course today so boring I thought if I just closed one eye no one would

Know but I happened to look up and the tutor was watching me.

I have been diagnosed for about 18 months but I think I have had it for

Some time before this, so a bit like you,

Don't have the problem of grandchildren, daughter is trying but without

Luck.

This fibro makes you feel so old, do you know I think my Mum had it

As well thinking back she always had pain in strange places.

I don't know what keeps me going the thought of going to bed I think

No not realt but almost.

Hello Viv! U are so lucky to have such great employers. I worked 8 hours yesterday and as I had the main walky talky that rings when residents press their red buttton, I walked miles, and as usual, its hot me hard today, I have work tomorow and friday 7.45 -3 and I knoe I will be exhausted come saturday as well as the pain that is a constant companion, and I have a wedding to go to, then of Sunday and back to work on Monday, I feel guilty at work if I complain, because we all work so hard, I have to do my fair share ! Take care Viv, Debs xxx

Hello Debs

I think all employers have a duty to look after there staff, but it's

Finding how you go about it and then do you really want to give

Them an excuse to get shot of you, it's a hard choice, as they

Can always find a way to sack some one and say its not because

You are I'll. So yes I am lucky at the moment but things are changing

In a big way in the NHS as parts of it are being sold, in a few years

Time it will not be the NHS that we know about, we will be a bit

Like America and have to pay for lots of things.

People don't know how things are changing bit by bit, it's not

Going to be the NHS like we know it, going to take a time but

It had already started and by the time the public realise it

Will be to late.

I feel for you we have commitments don't we so have to work

But what a life

Take date viv
