just thought i would post and mention about the use of vibrating plates . it is said to be very helpful in fibro. i use them i did it does ease pain and spasms

Thank you for the info Moss, I was thinking about buying one! They reckon the vibrating plate exerciser is a good way to burn fat and lose weight without strenuous exercise, which some people with Fibro may find difficult. If it helps relieve pain, that's another good reason to try it! I would be interested to hear if others have tried the machine here too. :) :)

on the info it actually mentions fibro. it shakes you that much it gets the blood flowing into those knotted area-sorry for my scientific explanation lol. i simply stand on it

And not for others, I brought one some time ago and I have

Tried it 4or maybe 5 times, on a gentle start, for me I think

It made it worse

But I will continue to use it just in case it works it may take

A time

ithe local sun bed place has one and i use that, not sure what the one s are like you can buy but this one is fab,it costs £3 for ten minutes

Hi all ive hd 12 sessions om the plate now. Thought i wld give it a go. It does give u a high after. Ok if u only use it on low setting. I hve hd some inch loss but not a any weight so to speak. But i only do 2 a wk and they recc 3. I do ache quite a bit for the eve after. And seem to hve a bit of fluid build up. But i tnk that gd as it flushes out. It does tone up. So worth a try. But check before if u hve other conditions x

my son bought me one for my 60th birthday, is very good, i can only use it on its lowest setting but it does help.You need to sort of get aclimatised to it, was a shock at first,lol :)
