went for a run today......

I woke up this morning at five after one hour of restless tossing and turning .decided that it was just the day for a jog from muswell hill to wembley staduim and then a run around the stadium to get my muscles feeling fit again.

alas reality bit and i found i could only do my normal run around the block.

i then picked up the leggo bock and put it away again.

keep warm today try not to get damp esp you and your dog diddle huggies petal

At least you were able to run sweetie , im aiming for a walk around the block but getting out of bed was a big struggle so i'll see x

Me too or to walk I have to spend 79% of my time in bed due to heart failure vs.t walk more than fivie or six steps and then vs.t breAthe Nd am r haunted. It I find humour keeps me Goo.g. hyggies petal

omg god my spelling gets worse lucky most people on here also get the dreaded fog lol I refuse to take a run with you unless we wear bikinis on our imaginary lithe figures and run past the fire staion.......p
