i am still awake 12.40 pm

I absolutly hate it too when you are so tired and your body is hurting and you are desperate for sleep but you cant get it. And you cant focus on the telly or sit comfertably. Sometimes going for a hot bath helps me, or snuggling in with a hot water bottle. Or gently listen to my music on my iPod so it wont bother anyone else and it lulls you into a sleep? I am just making a hot choc to settle my tummy and help me sleep too. I am wide awake and it is doing my sweed in too lol.

Me too.

I am shattered but i quit just lying there trying, reckon I will finsih me game by the morning.

Still dont have to do nothing today if i dont want to except go get some money out (if it ever goes in my bank )so hopefully will get some sleep at some point. Soft hugs to those who are up. x
